Adaptive Dance

Service Description

Adaptive Dance is a 45 minute accessible movement class offered Sundays at 10am EST via Zoom. Participants can come to any or all of these classes. To purchase a class pack head to our Pricing Plans before purchase! Our group dance classes offer a multitude of different modifications for any level of mobility and ability. Dance experience is not required but different levels will be provided for those who do have experience. Exercises will utilize classical dance movements and vocabulary stemming from Ballet, Modern, and Jazz Dance. Each class culminates with a choreographed dance that builds upon the ideas taught in that class.
